Shipping Information

As of January 1, 2020 we can no longer ship Nike products to addresses outside of the United States.

The handling time often varies depending on the item that is purchased. We estimate a handling time of 2-3 days, but most orders will ship 1 business day after the order is placed. Total delivery time includes handling time, the shipping method selected at checkout and the proximity of your shipping address to Detroit, MI. Shipping rates are determined by the size/weight of the item(s) purchased and the shipping selection chosen.

To ensure package safety and proper delivery, The Official Pistons Locker Room does not ship to P.O. boxes, Army Post Offices (APO),  or Fleet Post Offices (FPO). Orders with insufficient 'ship to' information may be delayed and will require an address correction within 14 days of payment. If an address has not been corrected/updated within 14 days, the order will be cancelled and refunded. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment and may take up to 3 business days to process. Customers with inadequate addresses can expect to be contacted via email or phone.

International Fees: Any international taxes, customs, duties and brokerage fees are not included in the shipping cost and are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local Post Office if you have any questions regarding duties, taxes or customs charges.

All shipping methods: Please be advised that due to inclement weather in some areas of the United States, shipments may be delayed. Delays caused by natural forces are out of our control. We are not liable for shipping costs incurred on packages delivered after their expected delivery dates due to inclement weather. If your items is being shipped to an areas in which strong forces such as Hurricanes and Tornadoes are prominent, please consider that shipments may come later than expected.

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please ensure that your address is fully entered and correct.  Please use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information. If the package is returned non-deliverable we will issue a refund for the net price of your item(s) minus the shipping charge.

If your order contains one or more items that are out of stock, the remaining items in the order will be shipped and your account will be refunded for the net price of the out of stock items.
