If you order an item that is sold-out, we will contact you by email as soon as possible, and inform you of some other options for proceeding with your order. In the event of a sold-out item in which there is no suitable replacement a full refund will be issued in the original method of payment. If a replacement is chosen that is a lower price than the orginial item ordered, you will be issued a refund for the difference, subject to any applied discounts.
