Shipping Information

Our shipping closes at 1 PM EST each business day. Express orders need to be placed before 1 PM EST to be shipped the same business day. Any order placed after 1 PM EST will be shipped the next business day (M-F). The handling time often varies depending on the item that is purchased. We estimate a handling time of 2-3 days, but most orders will ship 1 business day after the order is placed. Total delivery time includes handling time, the shipping method selected at checkout and the proximity of your shipping address to Auburn Hills, MI. Shipping rates are determined by the size/weight of the item(s) purchased and the shipping selection chosen. Please use the following guidelines to estimate delivery time:

International Fees: Any international taxes, customs, duties and brokerage fees are not included in the shipping cost and are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local Post Office if you have any questions regarding duties, taxes or customs charges.

All shipping methods: Please be advised that due to inclement weather in some areas of the United States, shipments may be delayed. Delays caused by natural forces are out of our control and should be taken into consideration when placing an order.  

Order Information

In-stock Items

The inventory information listed online is the most up-to-date information we have on an item's availability. Unfortunately, it is impossible to guarantee 100% availability on all of our items. If you order an item that is sold-out, we will contact you by email as soon as possible, and inform you of some other options for proceeding with your order. In the event of a sold-out item in which there is no suitable replacement a full refund will be issued in the original method of payment. If a replacement is chosen that is a low cost than the orginial item ordered, you will be issued a refund for the difference, subject to any discount applied. For information regarding refunds, returns, and exchanges, please see the "Returns" section below.

Order Status/Tracking

You can check the status of your online order by logging into the My Account section to see your order and shipping status.

Payment Options

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Your credit card will be charged at the time your order is placed. We also offer the option of using PayPal to place your order.

Promotional Codes

If you have received a promotional code that you would like to apply to your online order, add the items you would like to purchase to your shopping cart and begin the checkout process. Inside your shopping cart you can enter a coupon code into the Promotional Codes box and click the Apply button underneath. The discount will be applied before your order is placed.

Unfortunately we are unable to adjust previous purchases to reflect new sale prices or promotions.

Updating Account Information

You can update your Pistons Locker Room Store account information at any time by going to My Account. You can log in to your account by entering your email and password. After logging in to your account you can change your profile information. If you are having difficulty logging in, please contact us (contact information at end of this page). We would be happy to assist you in accessing your account.

Returns

Your complete satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of purchase. All returned merchandise must be in new condition, with tags still attached. We will exchange the item for another product or issue you a refund for the original item purchase price, excluding the cost of shipping. Shipping costs will only be refunded for incorrect or damaged items received. All refunds will be issued in the form of the original method of payment and may take 1-3 business days to settle in your account. All clearance items are final sale and will not be refunded, except in the case of an error on our end or an item that was received in a damaged condition. Please note: Our arena store location operates as a separate entity from PistonsLR.com. Products, promotions, and prices may vary between our online and physical store locations. Due to the variation in product selection, items purchased online may be declined for exchange in our arena store. Pistons items can be returned for the original purchase amount (with invoice present) at the arena store. No online exchanges or returns will be permitted at the arena store without proof of purchase.
